Goal

Businessman and lover of golf is building a series of houses next to one of the best golf courses in Slovakia and needs branding and a website to sell the houses to their future owner.

Execution

Banding was definitely the most challenging part. Make something simple yet captivating. After dozens of iterations, we landed on design you see today. Website came pretty natural after that and after successfull launch, we handled all the online and offline marketing.

Result

The most important aspect of this project was to invent branding in such a way as to immediately establish a connection with golf in man. The mix of green and gold colors is a luxurious combination that should appeal to a wealthier clientele, which we also managed with the appearance of the website itself since after few months, every house was sold.
